Job summary

Core Group in Birmingham is seeking 3 experienced IPAF MEWP Drivers for a 1-week project starting next Monday. The role is based in Birmingham, B24, with site hours from 08:00 to 17:00.

You will operate the MEWP to assist with access works in a high-precision manufacturing environment and perform general labouring when not operating the MEWP. Immediate start and adherence to site health & safety procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required.
• IPAF/MEWP licence required.
• Full PPE to be worn on site.
• Reliable and safety-conscious with ability to perform general labouring when not operating MEWP.

Responsibilities

• Operating the MEWP as required to assist with access works throughout the facility.
• Working within a high-precision manufacturing environment, where specialist components are produced using advanced engineering processes.
• Assisting with general labouring duties when not operating the MEWP.
• Cleaning work areas, removing waste, and maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.
• Taking extra care around sensitive machinery, equipment, and production areas, following all site instructions and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting the site team with any other general site duties as required.
