We are well regarded in a variety of specialist sectors and markets.We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Intellectual Property Solicitor or Legal Executive (3+ years PQE) to join our Company & Commercial team. Tozers is nationally regarded and you can expect to have exposure to an interesting mix of matters for a variety of clients.What you’ll be doingYou will be responsible for a caseload of IP related matters, including leading clients through the entire trademark and design registration process, from application preparation to licence agreements. You will confidently advise on complex copyright matters, licensing, and assignments to support clients in exploiting their assets. Ideally you would also have experience in connected legal areas such as data protection, e-commerce, and information technology. You will also assist the partners and senior lawyers with their matters.Our team works flexibly but meets regularly for training and general team building as well as working certain days in the office.
