Job summary

HLK is a leading IP powerhouse seeking a talented, non-contentious Solicitor to join our UK team in Leeds. You will advise on IP/IT and commercial non-contentious matters, draft and negotiate agreements, and help clients develop IP protection strategies.

With 2-8 years PQE in IP law, you will work closely with a skilled team, perform legal research, and stay informed on IP developments while contributing to a dynamic environment and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-8 years of PQE in intellectual property law.
• Ability to draft complex IP/IT and commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of intellectual property rights in non-contentious contexts.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a wide range of IP/IT and commercial non-contentious matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft, review, and negotiate IP/IT and commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with clients to develop IP protection strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant changes in IP laws and regulations.
• Ideally be able to advise on Data Protection matters.
