Are you a skilled IP Network Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity?

You’ll have the chance to join a dynamic team as an IP Network Engineer at a global ISP, providing technical and administrative support to live networks and infrastructure.

Your main objective will be to ensure the optimal availability of client services and to resolve network outages and anomalies within SLA targets.

  1. You’ll proactively monitor network performance and take immediate action to address any issues, ensuring smooth operations.
  2. You’ll troubleshoot and manage network faults, working efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain high service levels.
  3. You’ll collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, including NOC engineers, project managers, and field operations engineers, to coordinate fault resolution and optimize network performance.
