We have a great opportunity with one of our telecoms clients looking for an IP Network Engineer.

The role:
  1. Operate, maintain and manage the organisation's IP/MPLS networks, broadband, BNGs, DDoS protection systems, broad RADIUS platform, and network monitoring platform.
  2. Assist Service Design in the planning, testing, and implementation of enhancements and new technologies for IP/MPLS networks.
  3. Implement and evaluate IP & MPLS related solutions/technologies.
  4. Liaise with other internal teams and stakeholders as required.
  5. Assist with the preparation of performance, growth, and budgeting information.
Experience needed:
  1. Demonstrated expertise in IP and technical networking.
  2. Skilled in developing, managing, and supporting IP networks.
  3. Proficient in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network hardware, particularly routers and switches.
  4. Experienced in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting OSPF and BGP dynamic routing protocols.
  5. Associate Cisco or Juniper accreditation.
  6. Valid driving license.
