IP Litigation Solicitor

IP LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 3+ YEARS’ PQE, NORTH WEST ENGLAND / REMOTE, TO C£100,000 DOE – Top 50, nationally rated team seeking experienced IP Litigator to take on busy caseload of work. JOB REF: 8961

Responsibilities:

• Join a committed and successful team of Dispute Resolution Solicitors, with an enviable list of clients and a healthy pipeline of work.
• Handle a wide range of IP Disputes including the protection of trademarks and brands on behalf of UK clients at IPEC and High Court.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years PQE handling IP Disputes with a proven track record representing clients at all levels.
• Experience at another leading national or City law firm with top class academics.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering top-class client service.
