Qualifications

• A track record of running high-value IP disputes and advising on strategy.
• An existing client base, or a plan to develop one, with business development experience.
• A commercial, collaborative approach, with the ability to work closely with colleagues across other practice areas.
• Entrepreneurial drive and a wish to help shape the direction of a growing practice.
