The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in soft intellectual property litigation, demonstrating both technical expertise and a keen understanding of client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Litigation Management: Handle a diverse portfolio of soft IP litigation matters, including trademark, copyright, and trade dress disputes. Manage cases from initial intake through discovery, trial, and appeal, ensuring strategic alignment with client objectives.
2. Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research on soft IP laws and relevant case law to support litigation strategy. Analyze complex legal issues and draft comprehensive memoranda and legal briefs.
3. Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing timely updates on case progress and advising on legal strategy. Attend client meetings and present findings and recommendations effectively.
4. Drafting and Filing: Prepare and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with senior associates and partners to develop litigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams within the firm to leverage expertise in related areas of law.

Minimum Requirements:
