The Role:
Advise clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including trademarks, patents, and copyright
Manage the non-contentious side of the IP practice
Advise on commercial arrangements and negotiations related to IP matters
Work closely with colleagues across various legal disciplines to deliver top-tier service
Contribute to business development initiatives and strengthen client relationships
The Person:
Qualified solicitor with strong experience in intellectual property law
Ideally 6-8 years' PQE, though consideration will be given to those with relevant expertise
Proven track record in handling issues on trademark, copyright and design rights
Strong client management and business development skills
Excellent technical ability and commercial awareness; knowledge on patents would be ideal but not essential
