The Role:

• Advise clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including trademarks, patents, and copyright
• Manage the non-contentious side of the IP practice
• Advise on commercial arrangements and negotiations related to IP matters
• Work closely with colleagues across various legal disciplines to deliver top-tier service
• Contribute to business development initiatives and strengthen client relationships

The Person:

• Qualified solicitor with strong experience in intellectual property law
• Ideally 6-8 years' PQE, though consideration will be given to those with relevant expertise
• Proven track record in handling issues on trademark, copyright and design rights
• Strong client management and business development skills
• Excellent technical ability and commercial awareness; knowledge on patents would be ideal but not essential
