Qualifications

• 8+ years' PQE in IP/IT law with a focus on advisory and transactional work.
• Ability to grow a client following and develop a practice area.
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills across IP and technology contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead IP/IT advisory and transactional matters for a diverse client base.
• Review and negotiate supplier and commercial contracts.
• Provide trademark, copyright, and brand protection guidance.
