Job Description

I am working with a key client within the Telecoms Sector who are looking for an IP Infrastructure Designer. This is a long-term role which will be hybrid, and will require visits to Winnersh, Berkshire when required for the project. The role will pay £500-£550 per day inside IR35 and the contract will be extended at the end of 2025.

The role will involve a wide variety of IP networking projects and include:

• Maintaining hardware, and software to comply with vendor support contracts and UK design policies.
• Maintaining network capacity to support UK traffic forecasts.
• Integration of new services onto the network.
• Production of design documentation, test cases, and implementation plans to ensure our networks deliver excellent customer experience whilst retaining a focus on cost effectiveness and delivery timescales.
• Providing support to test and implementation staff.
• Supporting service migrations.

Essential

• MPSL core network design
• Telecoms background/worked for bigger organisations
