Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ post-qualified experience in IP litigation.
• Strong knowledge of copyright, trade mark, or design disputes.
• Excellent technical ability and attention to detail.
• Confidence in handling clients within the media or technology sectors.
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for developing within a specialist practice.
