Qualifications

• Proven ability to turn problems into clear scope and delivery plans.
• Experience delivering products involving tech, hardware or in-location systems.
• Comfort working with cross-functional tech and ops teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across technology, operations and leadership.
• Delivery-focused mindset with ownership from idea to rollout.
• Ability to bring structure to complex or ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Own Restaurant Ordering initiatives from discovery through rollout and handover.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Operations, Nandocas and other stakeholders to define needs.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, briefs and scope focused on value.
• Work with Tech Leads, engineers and suppliers to explore options and feasibility.
• Lead initiatives combining software, hardware, connectivity and process changes.
• Maintain engagement to ensure solutions meet ongoing business and restaurant needs.
• Manage stakeholder communications, progress updates, risks and changes to timescales.
• Coordinate pilots, trials and rollouts across 500+ restaurants with diverse teams.
• Ensure operational readiness including installation, connectivity, training and docs.
