Driven by a passion to innovate in the areas of sports performance, analytics and user experience, we have assembled a team of the industry’s top data scientists, sports performance scientists, product specialists and engineers. The company received recognition by Fast Company in 2019 as one of the most innovative companies in the world.
Kitman Labs’ advanced Outcome-driven Analytics and Performance Intelligence Platform are used by over 700 teams in 50 leagues on 6 continents spanning soccer, rugby, American football, baseball and ice hockey.
Build Next-Gen Sports Tech Apps!
We’re on the lookout for passionate iOS developers to join our Mobile Team within our growing Product Engineering group. This team is at the heart of creating cutting-edge tools that empower athletes and coaches worldwide to make data-driven decisions. Our mobile apps are crafted primarily with Swift and SwiftUI, with some Objective-C for legacy support. We embrace a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation, making this the perfect opportunity for engineers looking to grow and make a real impact.

What you'll be doing:
  • Create seamless experiences – Build beautiful, intuitive interfaces that make it easy for users to interact with our platform.
  • Make sense of complex data – Design tools that help visualize sports performance insights and drive decision-making.
  • Focus on quality – We ship fast but never compromise on user experience. You'll be involved in automation, CI/CD, and rapid iteration to ensure reliability.
  • Write scalable, well-tested code – You’ll design and implement robust solutions that ensure system scalability and high availability.
  • Prototype & Innovate – Work closely with Product, Design, and Sports Science teams to experiment with new ideas and technical approaches.
  • Shape our technical direction – Your insights will help improve engineering standards, processes, and architecture as we grow.
What we're looking for:
  • Experience building and shipping multiple mobile applications. Our apps are rich in functionality; given our broad and diverse user base, we’re particularly interested in the range and complexity of the apps you’ve built.
  • Expertise in Swift & SwiftUI.
  • Solid understanding of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines (e.g., CircleCI, Fastlane), and mobile app deployment workflows.
  • Experience writing unit tests, snapshot tests, and UI automation tests to maintain high code quality.
  • Comfortable working with APIs (REST, GraphQL) to integrate real-time data.
  • Experience in agile environments, working in cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and best practices.
  • Analytical problem-solving mindset – you love finding elegant solutions to complex challenges.
Bonus skills (nice to have!):
  • Experience working in feature-driven teams with designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Experience managing dependencies with Swift Package Manager (SPM).
  • Familiarity with Objective-C.
  • Experience utilizing Cloud services to rapidly build, deploy, and manage robust functionality (serverless functions, notifications hubs, storage, etc.).
  • Strong UI/UX skills with a focus on usability.
  • Experience working in process-oriented engineering environments.
  • Passion for sports tech is a plus (but not required!) – we value developers who empathize with users and build solutions that help them succeed.
  • Cross-platform experience developing Android apps (we use Kotlin) is a huge plus!
Why join us?
  • Work on high-impact products used by athletes and coaches worldwide.
  • Be part of an innovative, fast-moving team with a focus on automation and continuous delivery.
  • Hybrid/remote work flexibility, with a collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Direct influence on technical decisions and product roadmap.
