The Role

As an iOS Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and launching cutting-edge iOS applications powered by generative AI. You’ll collaborate closely with the founding team, shaping both the technical architecture and the product vision. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the iOS development stack, influence the product roadmap, and make a lasting impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end development of iOS applications, from ideation to App Store launch.
• Design and implement elegant, scalable, and maintainable codebases optimized for performance and user experience.
• Integrate generative AI models and APIs into mobile applications, ensuring seamless and intuitive functionality.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and AI engineers to translate user needs into innovative features.
• Establish best practices for iOS development, including CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and performance monitoring.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest advancements in iOS development and generative AI.
• Help build and mentor a world-class mobile engineering team as the company scales.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of professional iOS development experience, including at least one app successfully launched on the App Store.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Swift and iOS frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI, Core ML, etc.).
• Experience with integrating APIs and working with backend teams.
• Knowledge of generative AI concepts and familiarity with tools like Core ML, TensorFlow Lite, or other AI/ML frameworks is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization and memory management.
• Product Focus: Passion for building intuitive, user-centric applications with a keen eye for design and usability.
• Startup Mindset: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to take initiative, solve problems, and wear multiple hats.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
