Methods Business and Digital Technology Limited is seeking talented iOS Developers to join a multidisciplinary digital delivery team in the UK. You will design, build and maintain high-quality iOS applications used by millions, collaborating with product managers, designers and QA specialists in an agile environment.

You will contribute to secure, accessible software engineering practices, keep up to date with Apple ecosystem developments and help drive modern government digital services forward.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience developing iOS applications.
• Proficiency in Swift and understanding of iOS SDK and Apple ecosystem.
• Experience integrating mobile apps with backend services via APIs.
• Experience with automated testing (unit/UI).
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
• Knowledge of clean code, modularity, maintainability and version control.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve defects and performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, QA and other developers in an agile team.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews and architectural decisions.
• Develop automated tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Investigate and resolve defects, performance issues and security considerations.
• Produce technical documentation and share knowledge within the team.
