Job summary

Dex’s partner company is building an AI workspace for banks and regulated institutions, and you will own a native iOS app end to end for iPhone and iPad. You’ll define the architecture, shape the design system, and set up testing and release pipelines for a production-grade experience.

You will collaborate closely with Design, Product, and web engineering teams to adapt surfaces while preserving core intent, delivering scalable iOS solutions for a global user base.

Qualifications

• Built and shipped native iOS apps in Swift and SwiftUI with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong judgment on mobile interaction patterns and offline behavior.
• Designed iOS architectures that scale with growing teams and products.
• Owned and maintained an iOS design system for long-term maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild existing web products as native iOS experiences, deciding what translates and what to reshape for mobile.
• Define the entire iOS architecture, including interaction patterns, offline behavior, notifications, and performance standards.
• Own the iOS design system, ensuring coherence and maintainability as the product scales.
• Set up and maintain testing, observability, and release pipelines for a production-grade native application.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, and web engineering teams to adapt surfaces without losing core intent.
