As a Case Manager in the Integrated Offender Management team with Change Grow Live you'll work with people who use our services and are involved in the criminal justice system, reducing offending and reoffending related harm to service users and the wider community.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Full Time Salary Range: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time)
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
You will be working as part of the Integrated Offender Management team based in Leeds city centre reducing offending and reoffending related harm to service users and the wider community.
The team supports people involved in the criminal justice system with a focus of reducing domestic abuse and serious acquisitive crime.
Working from our city centre base and the community, alongside other professionals such as police, probation, drug and alcohol services, housing, social care, and employment services, strong and positive partnership working is a key element of the case manager role.
The successful candidate will have excellent engagement skills to conduct personalised assessments for referrals from our criminal justice partners and deliver evidence based interventions alongside practical support and safeguarding.
