Invoicing & Logistics Executive (Engineering / Construction)

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + 24 days holiday + training + benefits + pension

Are you an experienced customer service professional with experience in processing orders for technical equipment? Are you looking to work for a leading provider of products and services in the construction industry? Do you want to progress into management within a growing and stable business? Would you like to work closely with engineers and clients on complex engineering projects in a lively company that values its employees?

You will deliver excellent customer service through effective communication as you handle orders received via phone and email, managing a high volume of activities with accuracy and focus. Training will be provided to enable you to advise customers on products and services.

The Role:

1. Handle a high volume of customer enquiries via phone, email, and web.
2. Understand customer requirements and process orders accurately to enhance the customer experience.
3. Address customer questions regarding products and services.
4. Resolve customer queries or complaints satisfactorily with compassion.
5. Work with customers to minimize small orders and reduce deliveries to the same site.
6. Maintain accurate customer account details.
7. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and third parties to ensure successful outcomes with a 'Right First Time' mentality.

The Person:

• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, with experience in customer service and order processing.
• Experience within a technical product or engineering business.
