Your role as an Invoice Variance Controller

  • Deal with invoice matching variances promptly, as defined within the service partnership agreement.
  • Provide seamless service to General Managers requiring credits or stock adjustments.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service through our Pub Query System.
  • Encourage a culture of challenge around variances and strive to eliminate root causes.
  • Identify process failures and take steps to prevent future issues, recommending process changes when necessary.
  • Assist approximately 1,700 pubs with delivery or stock queries as the first point of contact.
  • Perform daily reporting tasks and handle ad hoc requests as needed.
