Working for a well-established Marketing Communication and Print Solutions business near Stockport, this role involves working as part of the International team to meet client requirements related to invoicing and KPI reporting.

What will you be doing as an Invoice Solutions Analyst?
  1. Perform regular checks to maintain data integrity.
  2. Provide accurate invoicing to clients, including relevant data where applicable.
  3. Produce client and internal MI & KPI reports.
  4. Query and process data across all business units using internal systems.
  5. Ensure data integrity and deliver invoicing within client deadlines.
  6. Maintain strong relationships with team members and internal/external departments.
  7. Provide professional, clear, and accurate information, responding punctually to queries.
  8. Extract data from Production and Logistics systems.
  9. Use reports to process data systematically.
  10. Identify irregularities in reports, recommend corrections, and escalate issues as needed.
Skills required for the role of Invoice Solutions Analyst
  • Intermediate or higher Excel skills, with a desire to become an advanced user.
  • Experience or interest in data analysis roles.
  • Experience in finance, accounts, billing, or invoicing.
  • Strong professional relationship skills with internal and external departments.
  • Flexible approach to workload and tasks.
  • Self-managed, eager to learn and develop.
  • Ability to share knowledge and train team members.
