Job summary

Auriol Resource is seeking a Processing Technician (School Leaver/Graduate) in Chelmsford, Essex. Hybrid working - 1 day per week onsite, 4 days remotely, offering a structured entry path.

You will support the day-to-day operation of a Financial platform to produce accurate and timely processing of invoices and other administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative, processing, or customer service role is desirable, but not essential
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
• Comfortable working with numerical data and carrying out basic calculations accurately
• A proactive, collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoice-related queries, liaise with clients to resolve discrepancies, and ensure processing tasks are completed within agreed service levels.
