Location: Swinton, Mexborough

We have an excellent opportunity for an Invoice Clerk to join our team at our site in Swinton, South Yorkshire.

Tachart Ltd t/a Bolt & Nut manufacturing is a successful, dynamic, fast-paced precision engineering company established in 1974, currently expanding its operations in Swinton, Rotherham, South Yorkshire.

The company's main activity involves manufacturing special fasteners and machined components for critical applications, including routine machining of challenging alloys such as duplex stainless steels, Inconel, Hastelloy, and other high-performance metal alloys.

The Role:

1. Order entry onto the company system.
2. Telephone and general office duties.
3. Processing and managing invoices for the company.
4. Verifying and reconciling invoices to ensure data accuracy.
5. Communicating with customers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
6. Maintaining accurate records of invoices.
7. Assisting with reporting.

About You:

Your most important quality will be attention to detail. An understanding of general administration and knowledge of basic accounting software are also important.

You should be a strong team player with good communication and time management skills.

Additional Information:

• Working hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Remuneration: To be discussed.
