Invoice Clerk
Swinton, Mexborough
We have an excellent opportunity for an Invoice Clerk to join our team based at our site in Swinton, South Yorkshire.
Tachart Ltd t/a Bolt & Nut manufacturing is a successful, dynamic, fast paced precision engineering company, established in 1974 and currently expanding its operations in Swinton, Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
The company's main activity is the manufacturing of Special Fasteners and Machined components for critical applications which involves the routine machining of challenging alloys such as duplex stainless steels, Inconel, Hastelloy and other high performance metal alloys.
The role:
* Order entry onto the company system.
* Telephone and some General Office duties
* Process and manage invoices for the company.
* Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy of data.
* Communicate with customers and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate records of invoices.
* Assist with reporting.
About you:
Your most important quality will be attention to detail. An understanding of general administration is important as well, as well as knowledge of basic accounting software.
You will also need to be a strong team player, with good communication and time management.
