Job description

Waterhouse-Kern Associates are delighted to be working with a US-based Capital Fund, specialising in delivering consistent and sustainable growth through precision trading in the Forex market.

Ideal Candidate Background:

They are looking for someone with experience in retail financial sales, capital raising, investor relations, or financial advisory — ideally someone who’s dealt with personal investors or high-performing sales professionals in fintech or financial services. 3–5 years of experience and a warm network would be ideal, but hustle and communication skills matter more than a specific resume.

Location Preference:

Focused on European or Asian-based markets due to time zone alignment and legal/regulatory constraints.

Role Overview:

This is a performance-driven capital raising role. The person will be responsible for bringing in new investor capital to their proprietary trading firm, primarily from everyday individuals with disposable capital who are looking for alternative investment opportunities. They’ll manage relationships, educate clients on the opportunity, and help guide them through the onboarding process. It’s a flexible, remote role with long-term upside and room to grow as the company scales toward becoming a hedge fund.

Average Deal Size:

Targeting middle-class investors, not institutions — so typical deal sizes will range from $5K to $100K, with most falling in the $10K–$50K range. Looking for someone who can build trust and scale relationships consistently. Commission will be considerable, based on above revenue fields.
