Investor Services Associate - Guildford

Our client is seeking an Investor Services Associate for their team based in Guildford. The role offers hybrid working, with 3 days in the office weekly. The salary ranges from £25,000 to £30,000, depending on experience. Preference will be given to candidates with prior private client experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process and administer Fund Managers' business accurately and promptly.
  2. Support Portfolio Management activities.
  3. Oversee and process discretionary and fund business on relevant platforms.
  4. Serve as a point of escalation between Fund Managers and Portfolio Managers.
  5. Manage projects related to Investor Services proactively.
  6. Assist with the launch and administration of the distribution portal.
  7. Provide timely and accurate service to clients and advisers, aligning with company propositions.
  8. Participate in testing and projects related to operational or regulatory changes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
