  • Support the preparation of investor marketing materials and presentations
  • Help organise investor meetings, roadshows, and events
  • Maintain and update investor data in the CRM and related tools
  • Collaborate with Central Services to enhance digital tools and internal processes
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for team projects and investor events
  • Act as the first point of contact for the London IR team, coordinating with the Office Manager
  • Assist with office supply management, facilities, and vendor coordination
  • Support scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense processing for the IR team
  • Coordinate with external service providers and internal teams on office-related matters
Profile

A successful Investor Relations Team Assistant should have:

  • A bachelor\'s degree in business, finance, economics, communications, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in a professional, data-driven environment (ideally in finance or client support)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
