About Our Client

Our Client is a European retail group operating a network of stores offering various FMCG products across multiple markets. Known for its rapid expansion and cost-conscious model, it is one of the fastest growing retail businesses in Europe.

Job Description

  1. Prepare reports, scripts, presentations, and Q&A materials for results announcements, conferences, AGMs, Capital Markets Days, and sell-side briefings.
  2. Support the Annual Report by co-authoring content in the Strategic Report.
  3. Build strong relationships with key shareholders and sell-side analysts, with a focus on the Polish market.
  4. Develop an investor targeting strategy with brokers and analyse changes in the share register.
  5. Respond to investor and analyst (equity and debt) queries in collaboration with internal teams.
  6. Manage sell-side coverage, consensus, and guide market expectations through proactive communication.
  7. Provide regular updates to the Board and senior leadership on analyst insights and market activity.
  8. Organise non-deal roadshows and meetings for the Chair, CEO, and CFO.
  9. Draft quarterly IR updates for the Board.
  10. Oversee the IR section of the corporate website, ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
  11. Coordinate corporate photography for use in reports, the website, and presentations.
  12. Accompany management to investor events and conferences.

The Successful Applicant

  1. 5 years' experience in investor relations or a related field, ideally within a top-tier investment bank, consultancy, Big Four firm, or large corporate.
  2. Strong financial modelling and accounting expertise; professional qualifications such as ACA or CFA (or equivalent) are especially beneficial.
  3. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel at an advanced level.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  5. Highly motivated and proactive, capable of delivering results in a fast-moving and high-pressure environment.
  6. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  7. Strong eye for detail.
  8. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
