Our client, a leading specialist infrastructure manager, is seeking an Investor Relations professional to join their IR function in this newly created role. Reporting directly to the Head of IR, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to become involved in all aspects of investor relations in this small, dynamic team.

Key components of the role will include project management of fundraising processes as well as investor coverage and fundraising responsibilities.

Dutieswill include preparation of marketing materials including PPMs, DDQs and presentations as well as assisting with the diligence process. The appointee will be expected to contribute to materials for investor reporting, meetings, roadshows and other investor events.

Applicants should possess exceptional attention to detail as well as strong analytical and financial skills and enjoy working as part of a collaborativeteam.

Suitable candidates for this position are likely to have gained previous experience with a private infrastructure fund, private equity and/or real estate fund or placement agent. Private markets IR experience (or similar) is essential and only candidates who have this experience will be considered.
