Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is partnering with a global private markets investment manager in London to appoint an Investor Relations Manager. You will support fundraising, investor engagement and product positioning, working closely with capital formation and investment teams.

You will translate strategy and portfolio developments into clear investor communications, coordinate meetings and manage due diligence, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in investor relations, capital formation, product specialist roles or private capital advisory.
• Strong understanding of private markets and closed-end fund structures.
• Experience producing investor materials and managing institutional due diligence.
• Collaborative approach and confidence working with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising activities and ongoing relationships with institutional investors.
• Manage investor due diligence processes, coordinating DDQs, RFPs and responses to investor queries.
• Prepare and maintain fundraising materials, investor presentations and fund updates.
• Translate investment strategy, portfolio developments and performance into clear investor communications.
• Coordinate investor meetings, annual general meetings and follow-up activities.
• Work closely with investment, finance and legal teams to deliver accurate and timely information.
• Maintain CRM records and track investor engagement and fundraising progress.
