Job summary

IWG plc, the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace, seeks a senior Head of Investor Relations to articulate our strategy to investors and analysts. You will develop an IR framework, maintain strong relationships with equity researchers, and provide critical market insights for leadership.

In this role, you will guide communications on regulatory matters, oversee quarterly earnings, and help prepare annual reports, contributing to the company’s long-term shareholder value and market

Job Purpose

Deliver a plan that helps investors understand and recognise the value in the IWG business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team.
• Analyse and present financial trends, competitor behaviour, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business.
• Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls.
• Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters.
• Help prepare the company’s Annual Report and 10-k.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

The Head of IR must be a seasoned professional who has extensive experience in generating business results. The job requires a corporate professional who also has entrepreneurial skills and looks to the future with optimism to envision the possible. Success in this role requires collaboration, communication, leadership, and vision.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• Significant experience of dealing with investors and a strong track record of creating positive relations with the investor community and Equity Research Analysts.
• Strong understanding of SEC laws and securities disclosure requirements, as well as filing requirements.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for analysing company performance.
• Intimately familiar with financial modelling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors.
• A strong understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and customer trends.
• Must be able to perform in a high‑pressure environment and be able to meet tight deadlines.
• Has superb written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to draft engaging and impactful messages that inspire employees and investors.
