• Proven track record coordinating fundraising processes and investor communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising efforts among single-family offices, multi-family offices, and UHNW investors.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new investors for biotech and technology-focused funds.
• Manage the fundraising pipeline from initial meetings through subscription.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective investors.
• Organize investor meetings, portfolio reviews, and strategic updates.
• Translate complex investment strategies into clear investment narratives; prepare presentations and reports.
• Monitor fundraising trends and represent the firm at investor events.
• Coordinate capital call notices, distributions, fund reporting, and inquiries.
• Ensure communications comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
