The Opportunity

Finatal is working with a leading established global private investor looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Investor Relations team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit, growing team in a blue-chip fund that offers unparalleled exposure across the capital structure compared with traditional infrastructure funds.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of fundraising project management and prepare due diligence materials for infrastructure strategies
• Draft marketing presentations and fund documentation
• Conduct market analysis and research
• Assist in preparations for investor meetings
• Respond to investor data requests
• Work on fundraising tasks such as valuation presentations, AGMs, LPABs, and LP monitoring requests
• Update and track investor information; monitor fundraising efforts
• Support senior relationship managers

Requirements

• 1-2 years of infrastructure experience preferred
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Excel; modeling skills are a plus
• Ability to conduct research, solve problems, and learn quickly
