Job Description

The duties of the Investor Relations Executive include:

  • Responding promptly and accurately to investor and adviser queries via email and telephone.
  • Managing administrative processes such as transfers, exits, and investor portal tasks.
  • Preparing and distributing reports, valuations, factsheets, and dividend announcements.
  • Supporting the retail sales team and attending client meetings to provide fund updates.
  • Acting as a product champion, organising investor events, and contributing to service improvement initiatives.

The ideal Investor Relations Executive candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role, preferably within financial services.
