Qualifications

• Educated to degree level (2:1).
• Minimum two years experience within private equity or data-intensive environments.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with complex datasets and reporting processes.
• Interest in data management, technology, reporting architecture or process improvement.
• Professional qualification (or CFA/CAIA/ACA/CIMA) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Data Governance, Data Management and Data Projects: inventories, dictionaries, ownership frameworks and documentation.
• Establish governance, controls and quality assurance for datasets across Investor Relations and Performance & Analytics.
• Coordinate data validation, reconciliation and reporting frameworks.
• Automation and Technology: automate data gathering, validation and reporting; support scalable dashboards and AI-enabled reporting.
• Investor Relations Support: assist with quarterly reporting and investor data requests.
• Performance & Analytics support: collate fund performance data and support ad hoc requests.
• Administration and Controls: maintain process docs, filing structures and knowledge resources.
