Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, private markets or related field.
• Strong written communication for institutional audiences.
• Attention to detail and solid project management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines.
• Professional approach with senior stakeholders and investors.
• Analytical and research capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of RFPs, DDQs and fundraising materials.
• Create investor presentations, teasers and marketing collateral.
• Prepare investor reports and responses to queries.
• Support fundraising meetings with research and briefing materials.
• Maintain information on strategies, performance and pipeline.
• Conduct investor and market research including competitor analysis.
• Support investor communications and website content.
• Coordinate investor events, roadshows and due diligence sessions.
• Manage CRM data to keep it up to date.
• Assist ESG and sustainability reporting initiatives.
