Job Title: Investor Relations Associate

As an Investor Relations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our investor community, strengthening client relationships, and supporting capital-raising initiatives. Reporting to the VP, Head of Corporate & Funds, you'll act as a primary contact for investors, handling inbound queries and supporting outbound communications to deliver a high-quality investor experience and proactively contribute to growing our investor base.

You will gain a deep understanding of our investment products and business model, helping to ensure our investors are well-informed, supported, and confident in their relationship with LendInvest. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, people-focused, and eager to develop their career in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop a strong understanding of LendInvest's investment platform, products, and value proposition.
  2. Respond to investor queries across channels, including phone, live chat, email, and support portal.
  3. Manage investor workflows through the platform, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.
  4. Own the resolution of investor-reported issues from first contact to resolution.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.
  6. Support sales and capital raising strategies by identifying and nurturing leads and investor interest.
  7. Assist with onboarding new investors, guiding them through the investment process.
  8. Collaborate with relevant teams to meet investor needs and share insights.
  9. Escalate service or operational issues to senior management as needed.
  10. Contribute to investor reporting, presentations, and communication materials.
  11. Attend investor meetings, webinars, and events to support relationship building and brand visibility.
  12. Proactively suggest improvements to the investor journey and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Commercial awareness and interest in investment markets.
  • Prior experience in investor relations, financial sales, or client services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, and Dropbox.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
  • Professional, client-focused attitude with a genuine interest in building relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
