About the role

As an Investor Relations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our investor community, strengthening client relationships, and supporting capital-raising initiatives. Reporting to the VP, Head of Corporate & Funds, you'll act as a key point of contact for investors—handling inbound queries and supporting outbound communications to deliver a high-quality investor experience and proactively contribute to growing our investor base.

You’ll gain a deep understanding of our investment products and business model, helping to ensure our investors are well-informed, supported, and confident in their relationship with LendInvest. Key Responsibilities

1. Develop a strong understanding of LendInvest’s investment platform, products, and value proposition.
2. Respond to investor queries across channels, including phone, live chat, email, and our support portal.
3. Manage investor workflows through the platform, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.
4. Own the resolution of investor-reported issues from first contact through to resolution.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.
6. Support the sales and capital raising strategy by identifying and nurturing leads and investor interest.
7. Assist with the onboarding of new investors, guiding them through the investment process.
8. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure investor needs are met and insights are shared.
9. Escalate service or operational issues to senior management as required.
10. Contribute to investor reporting, presentations, and communications materials.
11. Attend investor meetings, webinars, and events, supporting relationship building and brand visibility.
12. Proactively suggest improvements to the investor journey and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Skills & Experience

1. Educated to degree level or equivalent.
2. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
3. Commercial awareness and interest in investment markets.
4. Prior experience in investor relations, financial sales, or client services is highly desirable.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Well-organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities.
7. Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, and Dropbox.
8. Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
9. A professional, client-focused attitude with a genuine interest in building relationships.
10. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
