We are looking for a highly motivated and articulate Investor Relations Associate to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about venture capital, private equity, and helping early-stage companies grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 10 to 15 investor discovery calls each day to understand investment mandates, check sizes, and areas of interest.
  • Maintain detailed records of all investor interactions in our CRM to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Share curated investment opportunities with investors based on their strategic focus and portfolio objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with our company advisory and capital markets teams to ensure investor-company alignment.
  • Manage follow-up sequences to keep investors informed and engaged throughout the capital-raising lifecycle.
  • Help build and refine a scalable outreach process that strengthens investor relationships and improves deal-matching efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, investor relations, sales, or a client-facing role, preferably within a startup, fund, or financial institution.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to confidently lead professional conversations.
  • Strong organizational skills with a disciplined approach to CRM and pipeline management.
  • Capable of handling high volumes of outreach while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Deep interest in venture capital, emerging markets, and the broader investment landscape.
  • Self-starter who can thrive in a distributed, international team environment.
