Job summary

CRS is seeking a Loan & Investor Servicing Associate to join its Private Client team in Central London. You will service real estate loans and manage investor onboarding, KYC/AML, and ongoing monitoring for a sophisticated private investor network.

You will work closely with senior colleagues across Finance, Lending and Private Client, gaining visibility into complex real estate transactions and client-facing activity with HNW investors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' relevant experience in loan servicing, investor servicing or real estate finance.
• Experience working with high-net-worth/private investors is valuable.
• Strong understanding of real estate lending and private investment.

Responsibilities

• Servicing property loans from completion through to repayment.
• Handle investor onboarding, KYC/AML and ongoing monitoring.
• Prepare investor statements, interest payments and capital distributions.
• Build relationships with HNW/private investors and respond to queries.
• Liaise directly with borrowers regarding facilities and work with Finance/Lending teams.

Job description

I’m working with an established, entrepreneurial real estate finance business looking to add a Loan & Investor Servicing Associate to its Private Client team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful boutique lender with a strong track record in the market, providing structured finance for some genuinely interesting and complex real estate transactions across the UK.

Unlike a traditional servicing role within a large institution, you’ll have real visibility across the business, working closely with an experienced senior team and building relationships directly with both property borrowers and HNW/private investors.

The role sits right at the intersection of real estate lending and private investment, giving you exposure to both sides of the transaction.

You’ll be involved in:

• Servicing property loans from completion through to repayment
• Interest, fees, drawdowns, extensions and redemptions
• Investor onboarding, KYC/AML and ongoing monitoring
• Investor statements, interest payments and capital distributions
• Building relationships with HNW/private investors and responding to investment queries
• Liaising directly with borrowers regarding their facilities
• Working closely with Finance, Lending and the wider Private Client team

You’ll be joining a successful, close-knit and entrepreneurial business where people have genuine ownership of what they do. You’ll gain exposure to sophisticated real estate transactions and an established private investor network, with far greater access to senior decision-makers and clients than you might typically get within a larger organisation.

It would particularly suit someone who enjoys the technical side of loan or investment servicing but wants more variety, more client interaction and greater exposure to the wider real estate finance business.

We’re looking for someone with around 3–5 years’ relevant experience within loan servicing, investor servicing, private credit or real estate finance. Experience working with HNW/private investors would be particularly valuable.
