HAIL Partners, a leading global private markets investment firm, is seeking an organised IR Assistant to join its London Investor Relations team. You will provide high-level PA support to a senior IR leader and assist on IR duties across UK and US time zones.

The role involves calendar management, travel, fundraising support, coordinating global roadshows, and building knowledge of the firm's investor base. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in private markets.
• Previous Investor Relations experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with AI tools to boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, travel, and expenses for a senior IR executive.
• Handle correspondence and follow-ups on their behalf.
• Support the wider IR team across UK and US time zones.
• Coordinating global roadshows.
• Build knowledge of the firm's investor base and products to liaise externally with investors.
• Juggle competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Supporting on fundraising activities.
