Position: Investor Relations Assistant
Salary: £35,000 per annum + discretionary bonus
Hybrid set up: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote

Key responsibilities for this Investor Relations Assistant position:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Process client requests for account statements, documentation, and other information with accuracy and efficiency using different systems
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system
  • Act as a point of contact for public relation enquiries
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new investors, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations
  • Liaise with the fund administrator to facilitate account setup and documentation
  • Prepare monthly and annual investor reports
  • Schedule and coordinate investor meetings and events, managing all logistics
  • Create and distribute marketing materials, including pitch decks, fact sheets, quarterly letters, and presentations
  • Maintain and update the company website and social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and regulatory compliance

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Proven administrative experience in a professional services environment (financial services experience preferred)
  • Graduate or graduate calibre
  • Client-facing experience in any industry is a plus
  • Proven administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
