A leading venture capital firm is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst/Associate in London. You will assist in identifying and communicating with potential investors, support due diligence processes, and prepare materials for fundraising events. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in investor relations or a related field, is fluent in English, and has strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

The Opportunity:

Finatal is working with a leading European early stage venture capital firm looking for an hands-on, enthusiastic individual to join the Investor Relations team. This is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit established but growing team in a fund with multiple previous successful raises coming back to market shortly.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Founding Partners and the Investor Relations Manager to identify potential investors through multiple sources such as geographic benchmarks and conferences assessments
  • Assist new investors in their due diligence process and participating in the preparation of fundraising documents including marketing materials and DDQs
  • Support with the preparation of annual general meetings, as well as any firm event
  • Update the website and social media channels
  • Assist the Finance team with the preparation of the quarterly reporting

Requirements:

  • Previous relevant professional experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, High Growth Startup, Consulting
  • Analytical, energetic and pragmatic person with a can-do attitude
  • Organised and collaborative
  • Great written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages preferable (especially German)
