C&C Search is actively seeking an IR Analyst to join an established and growing infrastructure and real estate focused PE firm with over £10milllion AUM.

Office based : City of London, 3/2 but flex required

Duties:

• Answering all investor queries and enquiries
• Report production, spreadsheet and data maintenance
• Build relationships with key stakeholders/investors and potential investors
• Creation and maintenance of marketing materials
• Assist with production of the quarter investor management reports.
• Assist with compliance DD workstreams.
• Supporting the wider team running core fund-raising campaigns/roadshows

About you:

• Degree in related field, 2.1 of above
• CAIA or CFA advantageous
• 1-2 years of experience in IR, employed or work experience
• Confident, a strong communicator who is happy to deal with investors directly and work under pressure
• Strong understanding of Private Equity, EBITDA, modelling etc.
