Title: Investor - Private Equity Fund Investments, Global Asset Manager

The Opportunity:

Finatal is working with a sought-after global asset manager looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Private Equity Funds investment team. This is a full lifecycle investment role with excellent exposure across a top-tier business.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and build relationships with PE managers, participate in update meetings, and attend AGM meetings;
• Contribute to Due Diligence processes, including analysis of PE fund strategies, re-underwriting portfolio companies, conducting in-person due diligence, reference calls, and legal negotiations;
• Produce investment memorandums and present recommendations to the Investment Committee and clients;
• Involve in the origination and evaluation of secondary and co-investment opportunities.

Requirements:

• Degree from a top-tier university with an excellent academic record;
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in Private Equity, Fund of Funds, Placement Agent, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting;
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including financial modeling;
• Proactive personality with ability to work in a multicultural team;
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines;
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for professional interactions with colleagues and industry professionals.
