In this pivotal role, you will support our team of financial advisers by managing client portfolios, preparing documentation, and ensuring all activities comply with regulatory standards.

Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing new business documentation and client review packs
  • Assisting in the production and update of accurate client portfolio valuations and reports
  • Liaising with product providers to obtain literature and forms
  • Conducting all compliance checks
  • Managing client communications and scheduling appointments
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures

The Successful Applicant

  • We welcome candidates with experience in financial services administration, particularly those who have worked in compliance or other regulated environments. Your background might include roles such as:
  • Compliance Officer
  • Risk and Compliance Analyst
  • Regulatory Reporting Specialist
  • Compliance Administrator
  • The successful applicant will ideally have A minimum of 2 years experience in a financial services administration role. Be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of UK financial services regulation, including FCA standards.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with financial software platforms.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
