This is a London-based, permanent role, suited to a professional with proven experience managing or leading Investment Trusts within a well-established asset management environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the day-to-day management of Investment Trust relationships, supporting strategic growth initiatives alongside senior leadership.
• Provide strategic input on private markets and contribute to the firm's broader development in this area, including participation in the valuation committee.
• Act as the primary liaison with Investment Trust Boards, planning and attending meetings and responding to ad hoc governance and operational matters.
• Manage key service provider relationships to ensure efficient delivery across marketing, distribution, and regulatory timelines — maintaining oversight via a centralised corporate calendar.
• Build and sustain relationships with corporate brokers and market participants to support future business development.
• Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s investment strategies and ensure accurate, consistent communication with internal stakeholders.
• Champion the Investment Trust offering internally, acting as subject matter expert and sharing insights on evolving best practices and sector trends.

Core Skills & Experience required
• Experience working with both listed (public) and unlisted (private) asset classes, with a strong grasp of valuation principles and structural conventions.
• Demonstrated expertise in private markets, including understanding of transactions, structures, and governance.
• A proven track record of engaging with Boards of Directors, ideally contributing strategic input at board level.
