Invesco is seeking an Advanced Engineer to deliver solutions across the Investment Technology platform. You will work in a squad, building production-ready tools with Python and SQL, leveraging Streamlit or ReactJS, and collaborating with Cloud, EA, and security teams to meet enterprise standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, a strong sense of ownership, and ongoing exposure to AI/GenAI techniques as part of a broad technology strategy within a global financial services firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or a related technical field.
• Strong Python and SQL knowledge with hands-on delivery across the SDLC.
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, observability and data quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, deploy and support applications and services (Streamlit/ReactJS) across Cloud.
• Apply AI-assisted development tooling and ML techniques where valuable.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Maintain software, data pipelines and analytical workflows delivering insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to align with enterprise standards.
