We are looking for a Consultant to join our Capital Markets team as an Investment Specialist - Asset Allocation .

This is a newly created role, and you will be working as part of a team responsible for the delivery of high-quality investment and strategic macroeconomic advice and research to Frontier clients.

Responsibilities

Capital Markets and Asset Allocation :

  • Research : Carry out capital markets and asset allocation research to improve your and the firm’s knowledge and understanding of capital markets and related issues faced by clients.
  • Client Consulting : Produce bespoke work and interact with external institutional clients and maintain strong relationships specifically in the areas of capital markets and asset allocation.
  • Support our Dynamic Asset Allocation (DAA) process, involvement in our macroeconomic modelling and contributing to other research activities related to investment strategy.
  • Strategic Thought Leadership : Contribute to the formation of Frontier’s strategic and dynamic asset allocation views and support client teams in providing asset allocation recommendations to client portfolios that produce long-term risk-adjusted return enhancements and / or risk mitigation.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience

  • Relevant experience within banking, investment consulting, funds management, or government with a role performing economic, investment, and market analysis or similar.
  • Strong quant skills and a good fundamental understanding of investing.
  • Appropriate graduate and post-graduate qualifications in relevant fields (e.g., Economics, Finance, Commerce).
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills and an ability to work in, and contribute to, a team environment by working cooperatively and effectively in an environment of mutual respect.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate at all levels including written reports.
