Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar front office facing role within asset management is essential.
• Strong working knowledge of fixed income, equity and illiquid assets.
• Thorough understanding of risk models, methodologies and their practical application.
• Excellent Excel skills with data analysis capabilities; experience with data automation, querying or scripting is essential.
• Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve risk analysis, reporting, data quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily regulatory reporting processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage the monthly front office risk analysis cycle and present insights clearly.
• Collaborate with front office when portfolios deviate from their risk thresholds.
• Drive investment risk projects to improve data quality and governance.
• Develop and maintain risk processes, controls and automated reporting solutions.
• Engage with IT to implement reporting enhancements and automation.
• Support Fund Manager queries and respond to risk-related requests within deadlines.
• Build strong relationships with Fund Managers and Product Specialists.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EU and FCA regulatory directives.
